Disney Experiences chairman Thomas Mazloum closed the D23 2026 showcase by announcing a reimagining of the attraction that reunites Figment with the Dreamfinder — the original 1983 host, dropped in the 1998 renovation and absent from the ride for more than 25 years. No closing date for the current version and no opening window for the new one were given.
