Went dark in mid-March 2020 with the rest of Walt Disney World for the COVID-19 closure and, unlike most attractions, stayed shuttered after Magic Kingdom reopened in July 2020; its live-voice cast was laid off that fall and the attraction was pulled from park maps in November 2020.

Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor opened in Tomorrowland as a real-time interactive animated comedy show — on-screen monsters hosted by Mike Wazowski reacted live to the audience via digital puppetry — taking over the theater vacated by The Timekeeper.
