A new 'Mystery Mania' section of Pop Mart blind boxes ($22-$30 per box, $225-$360 per case) spanning Universal Horror, Hello Kitty, SpongeBob, Care Bears, Harry Potter and more was added to the Five & Dime, documented by April 2026.
The Universal Monsters Collection by Faith in Chaos, a line of apparel and accessories featuring Tristan Eaton designs of Dracula, Wolfman, Frankenstein's Monster and other monsters, arrived as new merchandise at the Five & Dime in October 2025.
By October 2021 the Five & Dime had cemented its Universal Monsters merchandise identity, adding a machine of eight new Universal Monsters pressed-penny designs (two of Frankenstein's Monster plus six other monsters).
When The Bourne Stuntacular opened on June 30, 2020, replacing Terminator 2: 3-D, the Five & Dime became its exit gift shop, serving both the new attraction and the Horror Make-Up Show.

The Five & Dime gift shop occupies a facade modeled on the historic 1935 S.H. Kress & Co. five-and-dime and serves as the exit shop for the original Horror Make-Up Show, which has operated in Universal Studios Florida's Hollywood area since the park opened in 1990.
