Club Cool closed at its original Innoventions location for EPCOT's multi-year transformation, retiring seven of its international sodas including Inca Kola and VegitaBeta.
A flavor rotation refreshed the free-sample lineup, removing six beverages including Smart Watermelon and Kinley Lemon while keeping the long-standing Beverly.
After closing on June 6, 2005, Ice Station Cool was rethemed and renamed Club Cool, dropping the snow-cave polar decor for a simpler Coca-Cola-branded storefront.
The venue opened as Ice Station Cool, a Coca-Cola-sponsored polar-exploration-themed walk-through offering free samples of international sodas, the predecessor to today's Club Cool.
