Filch's Emporium was expanded in December 2020 by converting Forbidden Journey's old in-Hogwarts locker rooms into added retail space split by Hogwarts house (Gryffindor/Ravenclaw, then Slytherin/Hufflepuff) after a new locker area opened next to the ride.
Filch's Emporium of Confiscated Goods opened with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade at Universal's Islands of Adventure, sited at the exit of Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.
