Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun! debuted on the same route just over two weeks later, reusing Block Party Bash's floats with the former Army Men floats rebuilt into single-character floats.

The successor ran from January 16, 2011 into April 2013 and was itself retired, leaving the park without a main daytime parade. Wikipedia also says the successor reused Block Party Bash's theme tune, but contemporaneous coverage of the debut described the soundtrack as the one new element, so the music claim is not asserted here.

Block Party Bash officially opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios, taking over the park's daytime parade route from the Disney Stars and Motor Cars Parade.

Units were themed to Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Monsters, Inc. and The Incredibles. The production was conceived as a mobile stage show with show stops rather than a conventional parade; its original cast included over 60 dancers, 16 acrobats and 12 pairs of jumping stilts.
