Goofy About Health closed permanently along with the rest of the Wonders of Life pavilion, ending a run of just over seventeen years.

Wikipedia's infobox gives January 1, 2007 and states the pavilion's final operational phase ran November 26, 2006 through January 1, 2007 (that phase detail is uncited on Wikipedia). Yesterland says the pavilion closed permanently after the 2006 Christmas season and that the building served as the Food & Wine and Flower & Garden festival center from 2007 to 2018. LaughingPlace and ExtinctDisney both give January 1, 2007, and LaughingPlace notes the pavilion's attractions all ran until the pavilion itself closed.

Date held at year-only on purpose: Wikipedia states "On January 4, 2004, Disney made the decision to make it seasonal operation only" but that sentence carries no citation, and Yesterland corroborates the change only as "in 2004". Wikipedia also describes the reopening pattern as the high spring months and Christmas season.

Wikipedia, LaughingPlace and ExtinctDisney all give October 19, 1989 for the pavilion and for this show; LaughingPlace states the show opened with the pavilion while The Making of Me debuted a few weeks later. Yesterland gives only "October 1989".

The show ran eight minutes on seven screens set in a cartoon cityscape, cutting clips from around two dozen classic Goofy shorts into a story about Goofy giving up his unhealthy habits, including the song "Unhealthy Living Blues".
