A covered space beside Doc Sugrue's (formerly a custom coin-minting spot, later a small merchandise stand) was converted into a dedicated outdoor seating area for the kebab house in April 2023.

A new Vegan Meatball Kebab was added to the Doc Sugrue's menu, reviewed by WDWNT in May 2022 as a spicy plant-based option.
