A spring 2023 cocktail menu refresh dropped the 'Shimmer Over the Moon' and 'Golden Haze Margarita' drinks and added the Derby Margarita ($15.50) to the Lounge menu.
The Brown Derby and its Lounge rolled out a Summer 2023 food menu update that added new plates such as a plant-based Shepherd's Pie while keeping the signature Famous Cobb Salad.
The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge opened in late October 2013 as an open-air patio bar attached to the signature Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant, offering walk-up cocktails and small plates (Wagyu/chorizo sliders and a cheese plate, each $15) with no Advance Dining Reservation required.
