In January 2016 Nine Dragons rolled out its first major menu overhaul since 2008, adding steamed-bun Chinese 'burgers' (braised pork belly, sweet-and-sour fish, General Tso's chicken) plus a $17.98 prix-fixe lunch of appetizer, entree, and dessert.
