Le Cellier's dinner menu became a two-credit Disney Signature dining experience on the Disney Dining Plan, up from one credit (lunch initially remained one credit), effectively doubling its dinner dining-plan cost.

After a roughly nine-month closure, Le Cellier reopened with a reconcepted menu built around deli-style sandwiches and salads.
Le Cellier opened with EPCOT Center in the Canada Pavilion as a cafeteria-style 'buffeteria' serving Canadian fare such as salmon and maple-syrup pie, not the steakhouse it is today.
