Connections Cafe & Eatery opened in EPCOT's World Celebration neighborhood, with the Cafe/Starbucks side soft-opening April 21, 2022, the quick-service Eatery side April 22, and the official grand opening on April 27, 2022.
The Eatery opened with a globally-inspired quick-service menu including the French Bistro Burger, Mediterranean Burger, and Banh Mi Burger plus varied pizzas and salads, accepting Disney Dining Plan quick-service credits.
The venue replaced the long-running Electric Umbrella counter-service restaurant, which closed in February 2020 amid EPCOT's central-spine (Innoventions) demolition and transformation.
The Connections Cafe side became EPCOT's sole, permanent Starbucks location, succeeding the demolished Fountain View Starbucks and an interim Traveler's Cafe (by the World Showcase entrance) that closed April 18, 2022.
