The lagoon venue was taken over by CineSational: A Symphonic Spectacular, which debuted on June 14, 2024 using drones, fireworks and projection mapping.

The successor used more than 600 drones, described as the first use of drones in a Universal Orlando Resort nighttime show. Spelled 'CineSational' by Attractions Magazine and 'Cinesational' by Wikipedia.
