StarToons

Two articles give the 1996 year; the list of Universal theme park attractions adds no date but flags both StarToons and StarToons: 80's Rewind as defunct. No successor is documented for the Production Central venue. The StarToons name was later reused for a separate attraction - StarToons Character Meet and Greet, which opened in 1998 in Woody Woodpecker's KidZone and was re-themed in 2008 as StarToons: 80's Rewind - but that was a different venue and a different format, not a reopening of this show, and it too is gone following the 2023 reimagining of KidZone. Those beats were removed from this record because they belong to that separate entity. The closure predates the COVID-19 shutdown by 24 years.
