Universal rolled out a new menu at Louie's on August 23, 2025, adding Con Carne (Meat Lovers) and Veggie Bianca pizza slices plus Burrata Ravioli, a Meatball or Sausage Sub, Antipasto Salad and Cannoli while keeping the cheese and pepperoni pizza.
