Krusty Burger's opening menu featured its signature The Simpsons items, the Krusty Burger (secret-sauce cheeseburger) and the bacon double-patty Clogger Burger, while officially licensed Duff Beer began being served across Springfield the same day.

Refurbishment
The space Krusty Burger now occupies was the International Food and Film Festival, a quick-service venue Universal closed in 2012 and converted into the Springfield/Fast Food Boulevard food court.
