Universal added a new seasonal guava-infused sour, Duff Happy Sour, to the Duff beer menu in April 2026, sold at both the Florida and Hollywood Springfield areas.
Universal added its first seasonal Duff beer to the menu in fall 2015, the Oktoberfest/marzen-style Dufftoberfest, sold at Moe's Tavern and Duff Brewery.
Duff Brewery opened in August 2013 as part of the second phase of Universal Studios Florida's Springfield: Home of the Simpsons expansion, serving Duff, Duff Lite, and Duff Dry brewed exclusively for Universal Orlando Resort.
The Springfield area that houses Duff Brewery replaced the former International Food and Film Festival food court, which Universal Studios Florida closed in 2012 to make way for the Simpsons-themed land.
