For Universal's summer 'Little Amity' Jaws overlay of the San Francisco area, Chez Alcatraz expanded its drink menu with new cocktails including 'The Great White' and the 'Amity Island Iced Tea,' both offered in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.
