A controversial menu overhaul discontinued the fan-favorite Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich and Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich, switching Sleepy Hollow to a single all-day menu of Mickey-shaped waffles, funnel cakes, and a hand-dipped corn dog.
Sleepy Hollow reworked its menu to add the signature waffle sandwiches that defined the stand for over a decade: a sweet-and-spicy chicken waffle, a ham-prosciutto-Swiss waffle, and a Nutella fresh-fruit dessert waffle.
Sleepy Hollow Refreshments opened as an original Liberty Square walk-up refreshment stand, appearing on Magic Kingdom's late-1971/early-1972 souvenir maps.
