Be Our Guest rolled out a major menu overhaul, adding new dishes like Pan-Roasted Arctic Char and the Blooming Rose dessert while reworking staples such as Steak Frites and the French Onion Soup, with the prix fixe menu at $72 per adult.
Reopening with Magic Kingdom after the COVID-19 closure, Be Our Guest dropped its quick-service breakfast and lunch and became a table-service-only restaurant serving a three-course prix fixe selection at both lunch and dinner.
Dinner was reconcepted from a la carte into a three-course prix fixe signature experience at $55 per adult and $35 per child, doubling it from one to two Disney Dining Plan table-service credits (the adult price rose to $60 by October 2018).
Be Our Guest added quick-service breakfast, initially a limited test extended through October 3, 2015 and later made permanent, at $19.99 per adult, expanding the restaurant to all three meals.
The off-menu "Grey Stuff" dessert was added to the regular lunch and dinner menu as The Master's Cupcake, a chocolate cupcake topped and filled with the cookies-and-cream grey stuff.
Be Our Guest Restaurant opened as the headline table-service venue of Magic Kingdom's New Fantasyland expansion, a Beauty and the Beast-themed restaurant set inside the Beast's castle, following a soft opening on November 19, 2012.
