The attraction's entrance and standby queue were relocated and rebuilt for the opening of Toy Story Land, giving the ride a new carnival game-box marquee, a toy-scaled themed queue, and a Mr. Potato Head Audio-Animatronic 'Boardwalk Barker'.
A third ride track opened alongside a new queue and load area, expanding the attraction's hourly capacity by roughly 50%.
The Bo Peep's Baaa-loon Pop game screen was reworked into Rex and Trixie's Dino Darts, adding a Toy Story 3 character to the ride's game lineup.
Toy Story Mania! opened in the Pixar Place area of Disney's Hollywood Studios as an interactive 3D midway-style shooting dark ride from Walt Disney Imagineering, debuting with two ride tracks.
