The Comedy Warehouse Holiday Special debuted at Disney's Hollywood Studios on December 25, 2011, playing six 22-minute improv performances a day at the ABC Sound Studio theater in Echo Lake through December 31.

Revival of the Comedy Warehouse improv club that closed with Pleasure Island in 2008; the cast was made up of former Comedy Warehouse performers. Attractions Magazine (23 Dec 2011): 'The 22-minute shows will take place at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 3:45 p.m., 4:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. from Dec. 25 to Dec. 31 at the ABC Sound Studio (formerly Sounds Dangerous Theater),' and 'The shows are included with admission to the theme park.' Its 26 Dec 2011 follow-up confirms the show opened Christmas morning. Wikipedia places the ABC Sound Studio / Sounds Dangerous theater in Echo Lake; Sounds Dangerous itself did not close until May 18, 2012, so in December 2011 this was a seasonally-operating theater rather than a vacated one.
