AllEars states "This show closed as scheduled on October 5, 2002" and Wikipedia's attraction list gives the same closing date; neither records any return, and no later ABC season-preview show played the park. Worth keeping straight: Wikipedia's article on The American Idol Experience describes this same theater in its infobox as "Doug Live! (1999-2001)" with "Theater vacant from 2001-2008" - a claim this three-month 2002 booking contradicts. That is logged here as an error in that source, not as history. The venue did stay without a resident production afterwards until The American Idol Experience opened on February 14, 2009.

Get Happy...With ABC! opened in the ABC TV Theater at Echo Lake as a 25-minute preview of ABC's upcoming television season, built around the network's new "ABC Happy Hour" programming block.

AllEars places the show in "the theme park's ABC-TV Theater, located next to the Sounds Dangerous show" and gives the run as July 1 to October 5, 2002; Wikipedia's attraction list gives the same dates and locates it in the Hyperion Theater (Soundstage 10), the same building under its present name. Segments previewed Alias, According to Jim, Life With Bonnie, 8 Simple Rules..., George Lopez, Push Nevada, That Was Then, Dinotopia, ABC Monday Night Football and The Jimmy Kimmel Show, with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Michael Vartan, Jim Belushi, Bonnie Hunt, George Lopez, John Ritter, Jimmy Kimmel, Diane Sawyer, Charles Gibson and John Madden appearing in the material. AllEars labels that line-up ABC's "Fall 2003" schedule, but every series named premiered in the 2002-03 season, so the sentence above says "upcoming" rather than repeating a season year the show's own run dates contradict. The theater had no resident production at the time - Doug Live! had given its last performance there on May 12, 2001, per both sources - which is how a three-month booking could take the stage.
