The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant opened as a full-service, 'explorer-style' shared-plates venue blending Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai cuisine in Celestial Park, debuting with the grand opening of Universal Epic Universe.
Launched with a shared-plates menu ranging from small plates such as Double Fried 'Korean' Wings ($16) and Snowflake Potstickers ($18) up to entrees priced roughly $25 to $51.
The restaurant soft-opened to guests during Universal Epic Universe's preview period ahead of its official May 22, 2025 debut.
Dining reservations for the restaurant opened, then were paused shortly afterward, in the weeks before the park's opening.
