The Disney Parks Blog announced that Off Kilter would leave Epcot along with Mo'Rockin', the Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps and the World Showcase Players, and the post's Disney author confirmed in the comments the same day that Off Kilter's final performance would be September 27.

Off Kilter, a kilt-wearing Celtic rock band fronted by piper Jamie Holton, debuted as a resident live act at Epcot's Canada pavilion on July 1, 1997.

Wikipedia's Canada Pavilion article gives July 1, 1997, citing AllEars; an archived AllEars interview dated May 22, 2001 independently states the band "will celebrate its fourth anniversary this July 1," which back-dates the debut to July 1, 1997.
