Tutto Italia reopened with the rest of EPCOT after the COVID-19 shutdown, operating with modified hours (2:00 pm to 8:00 pm) and a modified menu.
Tutto Italia reopened after a renovation alongside the new adjacent Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar, an Italian wine bar with 200+ bottles and a small-plates menu of meats, cheeses, panini and pasta.
Tutto Italia Ristorante opened in EPCOT's Italy pavilion under the Patina Restaurant Group, replacing the 1982 opening-day L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante (which closed in summer 2007) and shifting from that venue's signature fettuccine alfredo focus to a broad chef-curated Italian menu.
