The tableside Chef Remy Audio-Animatronic made its final appearance at Les Chefs de France on October 24, 2013, after which the experience was discontinued.
A tableside 'Bon Appétit from Chef Remy' experience debuted in April 2009, bringing a roughly 6-inch Remy figure (billed as the smallest Audio-Animatronics figure ever built by Walt Disney Imagineering) to guests' tables.
Jérôme Bocuse, son of co-founder Paul Bocuse, took over operation of Les Chefs de France in 1996.
