The Canadian Lumberjacks gave their final Epcot performance at 6:15 p.m. on November 24, 2015, ending a run at the Canada pavilion of just under fourteen months.

Yesterland (checked directly) gives the final show as November 24, 2015 at 6:15 p.m. Doctor Disney published the same day under a headline saying the show was closing permanently after that day; Theme Park Trader and Touring Plans also published on November 24, 2015, the Touring Plans post reporting only that the show "will no longer be taking place" without naming a date. Wikipedia's "Ended November 30, 2015" was rejected: it is footnoted to an Orlando Sentinel article dated November 24, 2015 ("Disney ends Canadian lumberjack show at Epcot"), so the later date is contradicted by its own citation. The Sentinel original is offline and could not be opened, so it is not cited here.

Touring Plans reviewed the roughly 15-minute show during its soft-opening run, describing two flannel-clad teams in red and blue competing at axe throwing, cross-cut hand sawing, hot-saw racing and underhand chopping.

The Canadian Lumberjacks began performing on the Mill Stage at Epcot's Canada pavilion, taking the slot left open when Celtic-rock band Off Kilter played its final show eight days earlier.

Yesterland (checked directly) and Sam's Disney Diary both give October 5, 2014; Touring Plans reviewed the show as a soft opening in a post dated October 7, 2014, consistent with an early-October debut. Wikipedia dates the debut only to "Fall 2014." The performers came from the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show company of Kissimmee, Florida rather than from Canada.
