The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen opened at Universal Orlando's CityWalk, debuting at 4 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2016 (regular hours from Sept. 23) as a Steampunk-themed full-service restaurant, bar, and confectionery hosted by character ambassador Penelope Toothsome.
Universal announced a 19th-century Steampunk-inspired chocolate-factory restaurant to replace NBA City, revealed under a working name using 'Chocolate Factory' before it opened as 'The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen.'
NBA City, the basketball-themed restaurant at Universal CityWalk, closed permanently on August 16, 2015, clearing the space for a new dining concept.
