The Plaza Restaurant

Completed a roughly three-month exterior refurbishment (begun June 2024) that refreshed the building's paint and lighting and removed the frosted window decals while keeping its historic color scheme; the restaurant stayed open throughout.

A second round of exterior work, behind construction walls and themed scrim since February, wrapped in mid-March 2025 with no visible changes to the facade; the restaurant remained open.
