Enchanted Grove was reconcepted and renamed Cheshire Café with Alice in Wonderland / Cheshire Cat theming near the Mad Tea Party — new Cheshire Cat signage held on by vines, an aqua-to-purple-blue accent color, and removal of the roof's light-blue shingles and ivy — while the menu carried over with only pricing changes.
In 1983 the stand was repurposed into Enchanted Grove, a quick-service snack and beverage kiosk that operated for nearly three decades before becoming Cheshire Café.
The building opened in 1973 as the Fantasyland Art Festival, a caricature and portrait merchandise stand — the predecessor structure later reconcepted into Cheshire Café.
