By late 2023 Fairfax Fare's menu centered on signature waffle-bowl entrees, including the Barbecued Beef Brisket Bowl ($15.29) and Buffalo Chicken Bowl ($14.49).
After the McDonald's partnership ended, Fairfax Fries closed and Fairfax Fare opened in early 2009 in the building formerly occupied by Toluca Legs Turkey Co., expanding from a fries-only stand to a fuller quick-service menu (hot dogs and other items).
Under Disney's corporate alliance with McDonald's (which began January 1997 and was phased out of WDW parks by the end of 2008), the Fairfax Fries stand served a limited menu of just McDonald's fries and drinks.
Fairfax Fare's location dates to the Sunset Ranch Market food court — home to stands including Fairfax Fries and Toluca Legs Turkey Co. — which opened with Sunset Boulevard at Disney-MGM Studios in June 1994.
