The Chuck Wagon Fresh Fixin's Food Truck, an RV-themed counter-service truck, debuted at Fort Wilderness in early 2017 with a menu headlined by the Fort Wilderness Smoked Pork Belly Tillamook Cheeseburger, s'mores kits, and Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine cocktails.
The new food truck replaced the older stationary 'little chuck wagon' cart that had sold s'mores and hot dogs before and during the nightly campfire, retiring that predecessor.
