Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar opened in EPCOT's Italy pavilion on May 1, 2012, debuting in space discovered during Tutto Italia's remodel and opening the same day the renovated Tutto Italia reopened.

During the pandemic the wine bar's small-plates service was suspended and the space used as overflow seating for Tutto Italia, with a grab-and-go drink-only menu (no food) offered daily from 1-7PM beginning in early January 2021.
