Gelateria Toscana, a permanent walk-up gelato and dessert stand, opened in EPCOT's Italy pavilion on May 6, 2021, replacing the former Gelati cart.

The debut menu offered up to 12 gelato/sorbet flavors (two scoops $7.95 cup / $8.50 cone), the signature Affogato Espresso Gelato ($11.75), Zeppole ricotta fritters ($13), and cocktails such as the Bellini ($11) and Italian Margarita ($14).

Refurbishment
The former Gelati gelato stand that previously occupied the spot in EPCOT's Italy pavilion was removed and demolished to make way for Gelateria Toscana.
