Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill served its final guests on Sunday, September 13, 2026 and closed permanently after just under eight years in Town Center, ending chef Wolfgang Puck's roughly 29-year run at Disney Springs that began with Wolfgang Puck Cafe on the West Side in September 1997. The morning after, the patio sat empty with its umbrellas closed and a cloth-covered stand in front of a darkened entrance. No reason and no replacement were announced.

Walt Disney World began phoning guests to cancel reservations dated September 14 and later, with Cast Members saying the restaurant would not be open any more; the booking calendar showed no available dates past September 13. The cancellation calls were the closest thing to a confirmation Disney gave.
