On December 18, 2025, Paradiso 37 lowered draft-beer prices, dropping Blue Moon, Pacifico, Modelo Especial, and the house P37 Red Lager from $11 to $10, with higher-priced pours falling from $17 to $16.
In November 2020 Paradiso 37 overhauled its menu, cutting the Cedar Plank-roasted Salmon and the burger 'Handhelds' section while bringing back fan-favorite dishes such as the South American Crazy Corn ($16) and Big Smoke Poutine ($18).
