Ahead of the July 11 reopening, Disney previewed the space with 'Bound to be Bad' hard-ticket fireworks parties on July 8-10, 2022, priced at $160 per person and including appetizers, an open bar of cocktails, and private viewing of the Disney Enchantment show.
The lounge closed in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and remained shuttered for over two years.
Opened as the Top of the World Lounge, a Disney Vacation Club members-only lounge on the 16th floor of the new Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, named as an homage to the original 1970s Top of the World atop the main tower.
