The space received a holiday makeover as the 'Green & Red Coconut Club' (a 'Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge' overlay), one of several rotating seasonal overlays - alongside the Mardi Gras 'Cursed Coconut Club' - that now transform the venue through the year.

The Red Coconut Club opened at Universal CityWalk in June 2006 as a two-level nightclub and ultra-lounge with a Cuban-and-tiki aesthetic, on the site of the former Motown Cafe.
